    We are proud to offer 1.5x holiday pay for all holidays to our employees as well as our employee referral program.

  • Referral Program

    We offer all of our employees the opportunity to earn extra money through our Employee Referral Program. Each employee who refers another team member can earn an additional $300. For every 170 hours completed by a new hire, the TCS employee who made the referral earns $50 for a maximum of 6 payments.
